You are in: Getting Involved in Emergency Disaster Services
There are many ways you can become involved in serving the community through emergency disaster services. No effective disaster relief operation can operate without the efforts of many volunteers with a diverse range of experience and training. Some people are content to hand out a cup of cold water to a thirsty stranger. Other people seek training at the highest level possible to serve in specialized areas of service. To find out how to become involved in disaster services in your area click here or complete the attached volunteer forms and return them to your territorial disaster services department. On the home page, click on the training tab to view the many courses available to teach people how to better respond to people in times of disaster.
