<p><span class="headline"><strong>CHRISTMAS FAMILY FEAST JUST ONE WEEK AWAY<br />Organizers Prepare to Feed Thousands</strong></span><br /><br />Wauwatosa,
 WI (December 18, 2012)&nbsp; The 23rd Annual 1290 WMCS Salvation Army 
Christmas Family Feast is just one week away!&nbsp; The organizations are 
preparing to serve thousands on Tuesday, December 25 Christmas Day at 
the Delta Center, 400 W. Wisconsin Ave., from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 
The event is free and open to the public.<br /><br />&ldquo;The Christmas 
Family 
Feast is a Milwaukee tradition.&nbsp; What started out 23 years ago as a 
dinner to feed those in need, has evolved into an important holiday 
event where a great meal serves as the focal point for a wonderful day 
of fellowship and community,&rdquo; said 1290 WMCS operations manager Tyrene 
&lsquo;TJ&rsquo; Jackson.<br /><br />Major Roger Ross, Salvation Army Milwaukee 
County 
Commander said, &ldquo;Christmas is a wonderful time of year when we are all 
reminded of the many blessings we have.&nbsp; However, for an increasing 
number of people in our community, the holidays can be challenging.&nbsp; The
 economy has taken a toll on so many families and through the Christmas 
Family Feast we are able to share compassion and offer a real feeling of
 community.&rdquo;<br /><br />This year&rsquo;s Christmas Family Feast menu 
will consist
 of ham, turkey and dressing, mashed potatoes, yams, green beans, dinner
 rolls, an assortment of deserts and beverages.<br /><br />Guests will receive 
complimentary gifts while supplies last.<br /><br />Last year 10,000
