ROOTS Permanent Housing provides safe, long-term, affordable housing for chronic homeless individuals. Support services assist program participants, facing complex challenges and barriers, in achieving and sustaining housing stability. Case Management services are utilized to address challenges resulting from substance abuse and mental health. There are 13 one bedroom apartments for single adults. Clients are required to remain drug and alcohol free and pay 30% of their income in rent.
