Material Assistance Seasonal Services
The Material Assistance and Seasonal Services Program is located at 3612 Cuming Street in Omaha, Nebraska. This program offers food pantry assistance, clothing assistance, prescription medication assistance, Christmas assistance, energy assistance, summer fan program and Back to School backpack distribution.
Eligibility requirments vary with service requested. Please call (402) 898-5860 for information. Proof of ID is required. A picture ID, social security card or birth certificate for everyone in household and proof of address within the last 30 days is required. There may be income guidelines for specific programs, such as Christmas.
Food Pantry hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. at the Cuming Street Location, 3612 Cuming St.
Tuesdays and Thursdays the food pantry is located at the Ray and Joan Kroc Community Center, 2825 Y. Street from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m.
